Ms McNaughton will be based in the Sydney office and head the company’s investment team.
She has held a range of investment roles over 24 years.
Ms McNaughton was most recently head of asset allocation at Wilsons Advisory, and prior to that, led investment strategy at UBS.
She has also held specialist investment, strategy and analysis roles at Colonial First State Global Asset Management (now First Sentier), Baillie Gifford in Edinburgh, BT Financial Group, Westpac Investment Management and Credit Suisse First Boston.
