James Clark has taken the role based in Singapore. He will be held responsible for the management of multi-asset class portfolio transitions, derivative overlays, currency overlays and other portfolio-related solutions for institutional investors in the APAC region.
Previously, he was head of transition management at State Street in Singapore. He has been with the company for around 24 years.

Mr Clark will commence with Citi on 24 July.
