Don Sillar has been named as Chant West’s new head of institutional sales, after he was most recently general manager of business development and head of sales at ANZ Wealth’s OnePath business.
Previously, Mr Sillar had been head of broking services at E*TRADE Australia and a senior staff member at BT Financial Group, where he held positions including business transformation lead and head of distribution.
Chant West general manager Ian Fryer commented Mr Sillar is highly regarded in superannuation and investment circles.
“He has a strong customer focus, which will enable him to support the super and advice markets to empower their members and clients to make informed decisions,” Mr Fryer said.
“We’re confident he’ll bring a fresh and dynamic approach to our team.”
