Mr Beard is currently a non-executive director of Probiotec Limited, Eildon Capital Ltd and TasFoods Limited. He was formerly chief executive of ASX-listed CVC Limited. He is a professional investor, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and member of the Institute of Company Directors.
