AMP Limited has appointed Catherine Brenner to its board as a non-executive director.
The former ABN AMRO investment banking managing director joins the board of the financial services giant from 16 June.
The appointment follows on from her current non-executive directorship of AMP Life Limited.
“Catherine brings significant financial services experience together with knowledge of AMP gained through her service on our Life company board,” AMP Limited chairman Peter Mason said.
As well as sitting on AMP Life’s board, Brenner is also a non-executive director of Coca Cola Amatil Limited, Centennial Coal Company Limited and she is also a member of the Takeovers Panel.
As well as her time with ANB AMRO, Brenner has worked as a corporate solicitor with law firm Phillips Fox.
