Ms Galli makes the move from Equity Trustees, where she held the role of product manager, corporate trustee services. Prior to this she was investment writer, marketing and communications at Legg Mason.
In her 17 years working in investment management, Ms Galli has worked in both Australia and Switzerland, where she spent six years with UBS Wealth Management in Zurich, chiefly as a product communication specialist.
Additionally, Ms Galli has worked in Italy with Morgan Stanley, where she held a number of different roles.
“Marta’s extensive industry expertise from around the globe will play a major role in furthering our presence in the marketplace,” commented Bennelong chief executive Craig Bingham.
“The appointment demonstrates our commitment to the future of the business, with a focus on the needs of our client base.”
Marta will be based in the company’s Melbourne office, and will have responsibility over co-ordination of the business’s production matters, such as oversight of development, launch and maintenance of Bennelong’s product offerings.
