Making use of his decade-plus experience as a senior sales professional in Australia and internationally, Desktop Broker has bestowed Mr Davis the responsibility in managing relationships with key clients and identifying new key client opportunities across Australia.

According to Bell Financial Group, the new role reflects the increase in demand advisers have for efficient and cost-effective ASX execution.

Mr Davis was most recently a senior sales manager at Zurich International Life in Dubai where he was responsible for managing relationships with wealth management & insurance brokerages.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Queensland and a Diploma of Stockbroking RG146 accreditation from the Stockbrokers Association of Australia.

Bell Direct head of distribution and marketing, Tim Sparks hailed the addition of Mr Ryan to the team, and said it strengthens the support the company offers to financial advisers, “especially as the industry faces increased scrutiny and change.”

Arnie Selvarajah, chief executive office of Bell Direct, said Mr Davis will help clients utilise the benefits of the company’s trading services and assist in the expansion of its individual Holder Identification Number (HIN) based managed accounts service, Guided Portfolio Service.
