Marissa Bendyk has taken the position of general counsel, corporate and governance and group company secretary, taking over from David Cullen, who is now AMP’s group general counsel.
AMP saying she brings expertise in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law.
Before joining AMP, she worked at APA Group and King & Wood Mallesons.
Ms Bendyk’s appointment was effective 6 May.
