Advice academy launches online training tool

Leading Minds Academy launches an interactive online training tool for advisers that is accessible via the iPad and iPhone.

Leading Minds Academy has just launched an interactive online training tool for financial planners that is accessible via the iPad and iPhone.

The first module of the training series, which focuses on the price of advice, has been designed to help advisers master the soft skills required to engage with the right clients and demonstrate their fee-for-service payment.

“Advice has a price and in the new world financial planners should be selling advice,” Leading Minds Academy principal Brian Boggs told InvestorDaily.

“We’re understanding advisers are still struggling with the transition to fee-for-service and the client engagement process and this online training tool can assist advisers with that.

“Advisers using social media and iPads to communicate with their clients will take advantage of quick and efficient ways of staying a step ahead of the game.”

Leading Minds is currently targeting large dealer groups. The interactive tool is an ideal way for dealerships to add value to their advice network, Boggs said.

“Leading Minds media is available to custom build discovery programmes for dealer groups and product manufacturers,” he said.

“The tool is full motion video on iPad and iPhone and we believe this medium is a perfect cost-effective method of getting your message to market.”
