Global asset management firm AllianceBernstein has appointed James Robertson as a research analyst to the AllianceBernstein value team.
Robertson will initially cover metals, mining and chemicals.
He joined AllianceBernstein from Perpetual, where he held senior management roles in Perpetual Private and earlier in group strategy. He also has experience in management consulting, engineering and financial services.
Robertson began his career at manufacturing performance improvement specialist Hagen & Co before joining management consultancy Booz & Company.
