Using the new MLC Life platform, Energy Super members will be able to submit insurance applications and track the progress of claims online.
Energy Super chief executive Robyn Petrou said, “We’re excited to work with MLC Life Insurance to introduce LifeView to our members – which will provide them with direct control and visibility over their claims and insurance cover, at a time and place that’s convenient for them.”
MLC Life Insurance chief customer officer for group insurance Suzanne Smith said, “We’re committed to working together with funds to provide more value and better streamline processes, and look forward to rolling out our LifeView platform with other group insurance clients in 2018.”
Energy Super will set up the operational services and processes of the LifeView platform before it is made available to clients in 2018.
