Hostplus has signed a new agreement which will see a service centre for the fund established under data administrator Link Group.
The new Hostplus Service Excellence Centre will result from a transition of the industry super fund’s contact centre, communications, complaints and employer servicing functions over to Link from 1 March.
Through the partnership, Hostplus will have access to Link Group’s technology capabilities, managing functions for 1.3 million members and more than 220,000 contributing employers.
Hostplus chief executive David Elia commented: “The establishment of the HSEC will ensure that we are well positioned, now and into the future, to deliver the highest customer service standards and experience through the considerable expertise that Link has built up over the years, supported by its significant investment in its state-of-the-art technology.”
Link retirement and superannuation solutions CEO Dee McGrath added the new agreement will support the fund in offering a competitive and innovative member experience.
“We’re excited to extend our strategic partnership with Hostplus as they enter this new stage of growth,” Ms McGrath said.
