The managed accounts group has signed on as a gold partner of the InvestorDaily 2022 ESG Summit.

The InvestorDaily ESG Summit is returning in 2022 as an in-person event across Sydney and Melbourne to examine critical issues in the space amid the greatest wealth transfer in history.

Packed with keynote addresses, expert-led sessions, panel discussions and networking opportunities, the summit will deliver in-depth discussions around the evolving environmental, social and governance (ESG) landscape, while providing advisers with the tools and strategies required to engage their socially aware and proactive clients.

Implemented Portfolios has joined the 2022 summit as a gold partner.

“Implemented Portfolios is proud to be partnering with Momentum Media to deliver the upcoming ESG summit, especially at a pivotal time where the global community is poised for enhanced focus and increasing action on ESG issues,” the company’s executive chairman Greg Kirk said.

As a highly experienced ETF strategist, Implemented has similarly been placing its own increasing emphasis on the development of a suite of ESG models to be offered within its managed discretionary account (MDA) and related implemented managed account (IMA) service.

“Our intention is to continue to assist advisers by creating engaging investment experiences, and this includes supporting their clients’ ethical investment preferences.”

Speakers announced at the 2022 ESG Summit include Responsible Investment Association Australasia CEO Simon O'Connor, who will explore how ESG has evolved globally and how Australia is tracking upcoming ESG trends he expects to see in the near future, and why ESG is essential to a sustainable asset portfolio and macroeconomic stability.

Wealth strategist Nigel Stewart will outline the steps advisers could take to effectively communicate with clients about sustainability and provide insights on best practices and strategies advisers have employed globally to build sustainable, high-growth and profitable businesses that are compliant and services the client base’s requirements.

Deconstructing the “S” in ESG will be managing director of exchange-traded managed fund company ETF Investments Australia (eInvest) Camilla Love, Pivot Wealth founder Ben Nash and Fox & Hare's Jessica Brady, who will aim to help practice leaders pave the way for a brighter future, attract new talent and expand their client base by advocating for a diverse, socially minded industry.

To hear more from the panel about why a long-term focus on diversity could offer greater value to clients, and what strategies you can implement to achieve this, come along to the summit in Sydney and Melbourne.
