Netwealth develops risk offering, white label

Platform provider netwealth has developed a new retail insurance offering for financial planners as part of an ongoing business relationship with AIA.

Company executive director Matt Heine said the new offering paired AIA's propriety protection with netwealth's SuperWrap product.

Heine said the offering would provide "far greater flexibility" for the advisers implementing new strategies where they were holding insurance inside and outside of superannuation.

"It's one of those things where there is a lot of demand for it in the market and AIA has been a great business to partner with and really develop something pretty unique," he said.
