FuturePlus has outsourced its wealth management software systems to Bravura.

Superannuation and financial services company FuturePlus has implemented wealth management software provider Bravura Solutions' epass application.

Epass would replace FuturePlus's costly in-house legacy systems and significantly improve FuturePlus's web-based transaction and viewing capabilities, Bravura said.

"Although our service standards have always been high, we were being let down by our poor website functionality," FuturePlus general manager Chris Matthews said.

"Epass has solved this problem, particularly through its ability to provide a single, integrated view of member information from multiple data sources.

"This means that we can link accounts from up to seven administration systems under a single client record by using the member's key account information."

Additionally, when member details were updated, all changes were automatically synchronised across multiple administration systems,  considerably increasing efficiency, Matthews said.

FuturePlus has assets under management of more than $9 billion and is owned by the Energy Industry Superannuation Scheme.
