Superwoman Group has announced the resignation of the company's director and acting chief financial officer Grant Winberg.
Winberg, who resigned effectively on Friday, was appointed on 17 May 2010 to assist the board in the restructuring and turnaround of Superwoman.
"The board wishes to acknowledge his significant contribution in achieving this task in very difficult circumstances," Superwoman chairman Danny Herceg said.
"Mr Winberg has made a substantial contribution in reducing costs and restructuring the company."
The Superwoman board has appointed Jonathan Warrand to replace Winberg as director and acting chief financial officer.
Warrand has more than 20 years of corporate finance experience, with previous roles at Ernst & Young, Bankers Trust Australia, Macquarie Bank, Commonwealth Bank and Southern Cross Equities.
He is currently managing director of Intrasia Capital, which is the major shareholder of Superwoman Group.
Superwoman remains in voluntary suspension and is supported by a bridging loan provided by Intrasia Capital.
"The company continues to deal with outstanding issues relating to previous operations and is considering several restructuring proposals," Herceg said.
"The company will provide a further update by 31 August 2010."
