Macquarie boosts web services

Macquarie has enhanced its web-based services to include online access to 10 years of client Macquarie Cash Management Account (CMA) statements.


The free service enables advisers, accountants, trustees and fund administrators to access Macquarie CMAs for their clients to help with tax administration and is a direct result of feedback.

"We know that keeping on top of administration, with its many different compliance requirements, is a constant challenge, therefore a core focus for us is to ensure we are doing everything we can do to support investors, advisers, accountants and fund administrators," Macquarie Adviser Services head of cash product Peter Forrest said.

The solution will have a significant impact on time spent by an adviser or accountant on self-managed superannuation fund administration.

Before the enhancement, statements were only available online for the previous two years.
