In her new role, Payn will oversee AMP Capital's finance operations across the company's global presence and will have a key role within the company's senior leadership team. Payn has more than 20 years' experience in finance, strategy, operations and risk functions, on a domestic and international level. Over the past three years, she has worked with Suncorp, Westpac and Lloyds International in capital, productivity and finance initiatives. She has also worked at ANZ in numerous roles, which have included group managing director for strategy and marketing, and has held senior finance roles at Schroders. In her new position, Ms Payn will report to AMP Capital's managing director Stephen Dunne.
