Managed Accounts has begun integrating Linear Financial Holdings into its business after the companies announced a merger in September.

Linear Financial Holdings will "immediately" be integrated into the Managed Accounts business, completing the merger announced in September 2017.

A statement by Managed Accounts said that the merger would provide non-unitised solutions to IFAs, stockbrokers, institutional investors and private wealth managers.

Managed Accounts chief executive David Heather, who will be supervising the integration process, said the completion of the merger was an endorsement of the combined entities’ potential.

“We look forward to integrating the businesses, working with existing clients to maximise use of our capability and meeting the needs of new clients,” Mr Heather said.

The merger was completed after Managed Accounts raised $34 million from institutional and sophisticated investors.
