Powerwrap interim managing director Chris Brant has announced he will step down from the role effective from today after the company appointed a new permanent chief executive.
Mr Brant's departure follows the appointment of former Bennelong Wealth Partners chief executive William Davidson as the business' new head, who will commence in the role in January 2018.
Powerwrap chairman Matthew Driscoll thanked Mr Brant for his "significant contribution" to the business, and wished him well for future endeavours.
"Chris joined the board in July 2015 and assumed the role of interim managing director in December 2016," said Mr Driscoll.
"In that time, he has driven substantial improvements in the company’s business operations and service delivery, including a management restructure, IT developments and process efficiencies."
The Powerwrap board will "oversee the company's operations" until Mr Davidson takes over next year.
