Prior to this appointment, Ms Willette was part of the board of directors of the Australian Risk Policy Institute and was also a senior expert adviser to the International Standard Committee in the areas of risk, resilience and business continuity.
Ms Willette was also a former senior management executive in the US Department of Defense, the Australian Department of Defence and in the private sector.

Ms Willette will be presenting herself for re-election to the board at the next annual general meeting of Praemium.
