Mr Blackmore has worked in Perpetual’s group risk team for nearly half of his 19 years in financial services, and was previously responsible for Perpetual’s insurance program, as well as the risk management due diligence and integration for the acquisition of the Trust Company.

Perpetual group executive Chris Green said he was “delighted” to promote the two “practised and proficient” staff members to their new posts, adding they would play a role in the growth of the business.

“Perpetual prides itself on the extensive experience of its people. Both Vicki and Phillip bring an excellent understanding of risk, governance and compliance, making them important assets to the growing Perpetual Corporate Trust team,” he said.
