ISG Management (ISGM) has named IFM Investors as its new cornerstone investor, with IFM becoming a 50 per cent stakeholder.
ISGM said the new investment from IFM was timely, given the previous cornerstone investor, Ironbridge, was nearing the expiration date of its private equity fund.
IFM’s head of private capital, Steven Lipchin, described ISGM as a “highly attractive investment opportunity” and that IFM was “looking forward to supporting the firm’s growth”.
“With its experienced management team and nimble strategy, systems and operational capabilities, we believe that ISGM has an exciting future across a number of new industry sectors,” he said.
ISGM is a provider of workforce management solutions and was established in 2010.
