Fund manager Australian Ethical has bolstered its investment team with the appointment of an equities analyst.
Michael Murray has joined Australian Ethical as an equities analyst after an 18-year career working at Integrity Investment Management and AMP Capital.
Mr Murray said he is looking forward to working at a firm that is "100 per cent dedicated to ethical investment".
"Australian Ethical is the leader in the Australian ethical investing sector, and I’m excited about the opportunity to work on behalf of the growing number of clients choosing to align their investments with their values," he said.
David Macri, Australian Ethical's chief investment officer, said the strong performance of the company's funds would not be possible without its "highly skilled investment team".
"Mr Murray’s appointment will further strengthen our expertise as we continue to focus on generating superior returns for our investors," Mr Macri said.
