AMP Capital has appointed a new portfolio manager and analyst to its global listed infrastructure team.

Antonio Barbera, who is based in the London office, has been named as a portfolio manager and analyst for global listed infrastructure.

AMP Capital global head of listed infrastructure Tim Humphreys said: “The addition of Antonio to the global listed infrastructure team represents an invaluable expansion in terms of the resources and expertise that we are able to offer clients, whilst underlining our commitment to developing leading global solutions.

“We see the listed equities sector as a compelling opportunity for extended alpha generation going forward.

“Antonio’s extensive industry experience will allow us to further expand our capabilities in this area to the continued benefit of our investors,” he said.
