The privately owned firm has confirmed a new appointment.

Fitzpatricks Private Wealth (FPW) has announced that it has recruited senior Brisbane-based financial adviser, Rocco Costa.

Brisbane-based Fitzpatricks principal and lead adviser Hayden Griffiths welcomed Mr Costa to the team, acknowledging him as an accomplished financial advice professional.

“His emotional intelligence skills and technical expertise in developing complex strategies will be of immediate benefit to our private wealth clients. This also demonstrates a philosophical and cultural alignment that is paramount to delivering our lead adviser style of advice,” Mr Griffiths said.

"At Fitzpatricks, our clients have a range of complex needs that require advice to be delivered in a bespoke project management style. Our advisers act as the CFO managing the entire family balance sheet, with the client at the centre as the CEO.

“Rocco is a fitting example of the high calibre of advisers we partner with as part of our growing national team.”

In the new role with Fitzpatricks, Mr Costa will work with fellow Brisbane-based professionals, executives and high-net-worth individuals.

"My priority has always been to make a meaningful, positive difference in my clients' lives while developing myself professionally and this aligns with the Fitzpatricks lead adviser model,” Mr Costa said.

“I feel very optimistic to take on this role and privileged to build on the strong foundation and growth potential in the business."
