Elliott Green Power (EGP) has confirmed two new senior hires to its renewable energy business.
John Small, formerly of Powering Australian Renewables Fund, has been appointed as EGP’s head of new investments and business development.
With over 20 years’ experience in banking and private equity and renewable energy, Mr Small has previously worked for EY, PwC, Macquarie Group and Infigen Energy.
Meanwhile, Richard Armstrong will also join EGP as its senior asset manager. Mr Armstrong will make the move from AGL energy where he brings expertise in asset management and renewable energy investments.
“We are pleased to welcome John and Richard to the Elliott Green Power team,” EGP chief executive, Umberto Tamburrino, said.
“EGP has built a strong platform in Australia, with a proven track record developing and actively managing high quality assets. We continue to see a strong pipeline of opportunities from within our portfolio and across the broader market.
“Hiring John and Richard demonstrates our commitment to investing in our business and adding to our experienced management team to deliver on these opportunities.”
