Magellan has announced the appointment of a retail sector veteran and Order of Australia member to its board.
Colette Garnsey OAM will join the board of Magellan as a non-executive director, effective 30 November. She will also join the audit and risk committee and the remuneration and nominations committee.
“We are delighted that Colette has agreed to join Magellan. She is extremely accomplished and well respected. She is also a non-executive director of Flight Centre and Seven West Media.
She has also held senior roles at David Jones as well as the CSIRO and Australian Government Innovation Council.
“I am very pleased to be joining Magellan and look forward to working with the Magellan board as the company continues to grow from strength to strength,” Ms Garnsey said.
