AIST chief executive Eva Scheerlinck said the reappointments would provide stability and strength to AIST’s leadership during the challenging period ahead.

“Both Catherine and Louise are deeply committed to the members-first ethos share by the AIST membership and they bring great strategic insights to help us shape the future of profit-to-member super,” Ms Scheerlinck said.

“The appointment of two very experienced directors and industry representatives to head up AIST’s board will provide stability and continuity for AIST as we rise to the challenge of the COVID-19 crisis.”

Ms Bolger joined the AIST board as a trustee-elected director in 2016.

Ms du Pre-Alba on the other hand joined as a staff-elected director in 2015.
