Zurich Financial Services has announced the details of the Zurich Life and Investments distribution leadership team.
The team has been reappointed following Zurich’s acquisition of OnePath Life. It will comprise Nathan Taggart as head of sales, Phil Gould as head of distribution analytics and governance, and new additions Mel Ware and Tim Atley as head of marketing and brand, and head of strategic account management respectively.
The team will be responsible for the delivery of Zurich’s multiproposition strategy to the Australian market, and report to chief distribution officer Kristine Brooks.
“Zurich’s continued strategy of organic and acquisition-based growth has led us to become Australia’s largest life insurer,” Ms Brooks said.
“It’s a position we intend to continually earn over the long term, through the strength of our partnerships and our advocacy for industry best-practice, as well as through the quality of the Zurich and OnePath brands and product sets.”
Mr Atley will be responsible for managing key dealer group partnerships across the Zurich and OnePath life insurance portfolios, while Ms Ware will focus on delivering a multiproposition approach to the market including retail propositions, group, and investments.
“I’m delighted to confirm what is truly a talented and experienced leadership team which is focused on the execution of our dual brand, multiproposition approach” Ms Brooks said.
