Ms Crawford will be based in Melbourne and oversee the day-to-day operation aspects of the investment teams with responsibility for investment and operational due diligence.
She joins from Vanguard Investments Australia where she managed the new business and performance analysis teams and prior to that she was joint head of operations for Perennial Investment Partners.
Head of Australia Matt Gaden said the team was delighted to have Ms Crawford onboard and looked forward to working with her.
