Mr Knoblanche has previously served as the managing director and head of Citigroup corporate and investment banking Australia and is currently the non-executive chairman of iSelect and a board member of Latitude Financial.
He has also sat on the boards of Aussie Home Loans, The Australian Ballet and the Australian Business Arts Foundation.
Mr Knoblanche was awarded an Order of Australia in 2014 for his significant service to arts administration and the business and finance sector.
Andrew McGill, current board member, has indicated a desire to resign from the company effective after the issue of the company’s end of June financial account.
Upon formalising this desire, it is intended that Mr Knoblanche will assume Mr McGill’s role as chairman of the audit committee.
