Ms Choi La Rosa has practiced as a financial planner and worked in the industry for over two decades in management roles at BT Financial, Mercer and Citi Smith Barney.
At BT Financial Group, Ms Choi La Rosa worked to redesign and increase efficiencies across advice documentation and policy and led operational transformation programs.
Paragem managing director Mr Nathan Jacobesen welcomed Ms Choi La Rosa to the team and said her appointment reflected the group’s investment in providing services to advisers.
