Mr Mullins will be based in Singapore before moving to Australia permanently in 2019.

Dr Winn joins as a part-time advisor where he was most recently the manager investment analysis for the Guardians of New Zealand Super.

His role is a new one within the team and will focus primarily on the provision of independent investment ideas for the team.

Schroders head of fixed income and multi-asset Simon Doyle said he was delighted to bring the duo into the fold.

“Sebastian and Roland are highly capable investors with different experiences and investment expertise, which will help ensure we continue to challenge and develop our investment thinking. They’re both enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of our multi-asset capability, and I look forward to working with them,” he said.
