AMP Superannuation has appointed two new independent non-executive directors to its board.
Cathy Doyle and Tony Brian have both joined the boards and currently serve as independent directors of AMP Superannuation Limited and N. M. Superannuation Proprietary Limited.
Ms Doyle has over 25 years’ experience in the sector, including senior roles at BNP Paribas, CBA, NRMA and Perpetual.
Mr Brian has more than thirty years’ chartered accountant experience and was head of risk management at AustralianSuper for nearly three years.
AMP Superannuation Limited chairman Rick Allert AO welcomed the duo to the boards and said their experience was invaluable to the business.
“We’re delighted to welcome Cathy and Tony to the boards. Both have considerable experience in the superannuation industry and will help ensure AMP’s superannuation funds are governed in the best interests of our members,” he said.
