GBST Holdings has appointed a new chief financial officer who will bring over twenty years’ experience to the software firm.
Matthew Walton, formerly CFO at Afterpay and Vow Financial will take on the CFO role later this month.
Mr Walton was formerly at Afterpay and Vow Financial and has also worked in senior finance positions at Yellow Brick Road, Westpac and BT Financial group and was also the interim CFO at eftpos.
GBST Holdings chief executive and managing director Rob DeDominicis said that the company was delighted to bring Mr Walton on board.
“We are delighted with Matthew’s appointment as he will be a valuable addition to the executive team. He brings a vast amount of sector-specific finance and leadership experience to the company,” said Mr DeDominicis.
