Stephen Mohan has joined Calastone as chief operating officer from DST, where he was most recently executive director of transformation and innovation.
Mr Mohan will be responsible for Calastone's UK and European business, as well as leading the firm's global operational functions including product development and service delivery.
He has previously held roles at bank of New York, M&G and Cofunds.
