Vanguard Australia has appointed Johanna Platt to the company’s executive team as chief financial officer.
Johanna Platt will join Vanguard Australia mid-year, replacing former CFO Daniel Shrimski who moved to Vanguard's US-based headquarters to become CFO for the US Retail Investor Group.
Ms Platt will join Vanguard from information management firm Iron Mountain, where she currently holds the position of CFO, Australia and New Zealand.
She will have oversight of the fund accounting, administration and transfer agency services for Vanguard Australia’s managed funds and separately managed accounts.
