Automated wealth company Republic Capital has named Matthew Glasner as the newest addition to its board of directors.
Mr Glasner brings a wealth of information services experience to the position, having previously served as managing director for both First Advantage and Experian, both in Australia and abroad.
Republic Capital non-executive chair Brian Thomas said Mr Glasner’s history working with companies around the world positioned him well for the role.
“Matthew’s extensive management and distribution experience here and abroad, particularly in Asia, makes him an ideal director.
“As a company that proudly partners in the financial services space, we welcome his expertise in organisational transformation to assist us in maximising the software and IP that we have developed,” he said.
Mr Glasner is currently a director with transformational change company The Lift Effect.
