Mr Tremblay has close to a decade’s worth of experience in the industry, and was previously the director of marketing at Talara Capital Management.
He previously worked for a number of other businesses including Alternative Access Capital and New Stream Capital. Mr Tremblay will be based in IFM Investors’ New York office.
Mr Kim will join the business’ Chicago office, making the move from Aon Hewitt Investment Consulting’s global private equity and infrastructure group, where he served as associate partner.
IFM Investors' global head of investor relations, Brian Clarke, said the appointments will support the business to grow their investor base.
