Ms Ugarte has 16 years of experience in solution sales, consulting and customer service for firms such as Citi, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters and SunGard. Mr Conboy has 30 years' experience in IT consulting.

"Our most recent financial year has resulted in strong results for IQ Group and this is both a reflection on the calibre of our people and the depth of our understanding for the wider financial services industry," Mr Peters said.

"The latest additions to our team will add to a broader capability of supporting banking, finance, super and wealth management organisations, plus assessing how the IQ Group IP can work in a traditional enterprise environment," he said.
