Mr Besley will be based in Melbourne, working alongside Sydney-based sales manager Matthew Young to support the firm in growing its retail business.
Robeco's head of Australia, Stephen Dennis, said the additional appointment has been “long anticipated” following the growth the business has seen since it established an Australian office in 2012.
