Former Mercer head of real estate, Asia-Pacific, Jennifer Johnstone-Kaiser has been named the director for Savills Investment Management’s Australian office.
Ms Johnstone-Kaiser, who has more than 30 years’ experience in real estate investment, says she looks forward to working with Savills’ “ambitious team”.
“Jennifer’s experience and depth of knowledge in Australia’s real estate investment market and her relationships with institutional and wealth management investors will be invaluable,” said Savills Asia-Pacific chief executive Michael Flynn.
Savills’ Sydney office opened last week, with a Shanghai office to open in a few weeks’ time and Mr Flynn says the region will be a “real focus for [the company] over the next few years”.
“Expect to see us opening more offices, launching more products and growing this business,” he said.
