Boutique equity firm AMMA Private Equity has appointed a new chief financial officer.
Angie Ison will join AMMA Private Equity as a chief financial officer, responsible for driving the firm’s future direction in the technology and mobile sectors.
AMMA chief executive, Paul Jansz, said Ms Ison’s experience across various management roles made her an ideal fit for the position.
“AMMA continues to grow its suite of investment opportunities and having a CFO with Angie’s experience is integral to our ongoing success,” he said.
Ms Ison has previously served as the chief financial officer for Gold Coast United and the managing director of Palmer Leisure Australia.
