AllianceBernstein (AB) has appointed a new regional manager to be based in Melbourne.
Former AMP business development manager, Stephen Nguyen, has been named as regional manager.
AB Australia chief executive Jen Driscoll said: “We’re delighted that Stephen is joining us at such an exciting time, when our Australian retail strategy is building up a real head of steam.”
Mr Nguyen will report to AB’s national retail sales manager Ben Moore.
“Stephen and Ben have worked together in previous roles, and that shared experience is an excellent foundation for the value proposition they will offer to our financial adviser client base, based on teamwork, market connectivity and a consultative approach,” Ms Driscoll said.
In addition to AMP, Mr Nguyen was a business development manager at Aviva for four years.
