Treasury Group has appointed a new independent non-executive director to its board following the resignation of Andrew McGill.

The current director of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, Tony Robinson, has been named as an independent non-executive director.

Treasury Group chairman Mike Fitzpatrick said: “We are delighted that Tony has agreed to join us on the boards of Treasury Group and Aurora.

“Tony’s extensive experience in the financial services sector and on ASX-listed boards will be of great value to the group.

“I look forward to Tony’s perspective as an independent director during Treasury Group’s exciting path of diversification and growth over the coming years,” Mr Fitzpatrick said.
