“His appointment is highly strategic to the continued success of our business,” said Ms Mckeage.

Mr Stampfli said he is pleased to be joining OneVue at a time when it is enhancing its end-to-end focus.

In addition to Mr Stampfli, Craig Giffin has been named as head of compliance, legal and responsible entity services.

According to Ms Mckeage, Mr Giffin has a proven ability to successfully develop an organisation’s critical business requirements.

“As OneVue expands, his extensive experience in a range of well-regarded global financial services organisations managing comprehensive governance, risk management, compliance and legal capabilities – including corporate takeovers and restructures – is well regarded,” she said.

Prior to joining OneVue, Mr Giffin held positions with Nikko Asset Management, Fortis Investments and ABN AMRO Asset Management.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr Giffin said: “OneVue has a solid reputation for its leadership and innovation in the industry and is well placed to capitalise on and grow its position as an outstanding provider of industry services.”
