Mutual Trust appoints head of investment advisers

Financial services firm Mutual Trust has appointed a new head of investment advisers.

Jono Gourlay has been named to lead the company’s team of investment advisers.

Paul Hockridge has also been appointed to head the firm’s team of taxation consultants.

Mutual Trust chief executive Tim Hammon said: “These appointments deepen our expertise and broaden our offering.”

Mr Gourlay joins Mutual Trust after 20 years’ in the industry, with experience in advising families, private individuals and foundations on strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, risk management and investment policy, a statement issued by the firm said.
