Mr Ng was appointed as an executive director of the company on 14 February 2013 and has been focusing on the expansion of the Stanfield business into the Asian market.
He will commence his new role as managing director from 3 February 2014.
The board acknowledged Mr Olney-Fraser’s contribution to the company over the past four years as executive chairman and chief executive.
