Ms Mackney will be responsible for selecting, training, assessing, and rewarding employees, and fostering an excellent organisational culture, the group stated.
Ms Mackney joins the group from ING Investment Management where she was head of human resources, based first in Sydney and then Hong Kong.
She has also held roles as head of human resources, global functions at healthcare software firm iSoft and as vice president human resources at commercial explosives manufacturer Dyno Nobel.
